Nano Concrete Coatings recently applied a new coating to our outdoor patio. Our patio was a 20' by 20' stamped concrete slab. Last year we had another company install a patio cover, and in the process they cut four 2' by 2' holes in the concrete to secure the posts for the patio. This other company did a very sloppy job with this process, and effectively destroyed the nice look of our stamped concrete slab. Rather than going through the trouble and expense of having the concrete removed and replaced, we decided to try having a coating put over the surface. Upon discovering very highly rated Nano Concrete Coverings during an online search, we requested an estimate. Mitch very quickly got back to us and came out promptly with a wide array of samples, explained the process in detail and offered good suggestions, and responded the same day with a very fair estimate. Mitch then carefully monitored rain and weather conditions so the concrete could achieve the right moisture level to allow the coating to bond. He then meticulously prepared and blended the surface where the patio company had done the damage and applied a perfectly seamless coating of the product to our concrete patio. The results look absolutely fabulous! The color and texture Mitch helped us pick out are just what we wanted! The coating product seems very durable and easy to keep clean, and we expect many years of enjoyment out on our new patio! And let me also comment about our experience doing business with Mitch. Mitch was very friendly, helpful, thorough and accommodating; he kept in regular contact with us to let us know exactly what would be happening and when, and without exception he showed up on time and always kept our patio area neat and clean. Mitch and his company maintain a standard of excellence in their customer service that is exemplary, rarely seen in so much of today's business climate.
